Perfect for our 12lb Papillon mix! She loves it and it’s so cute!My dog is not so nervous in the rain wearing this rain coat. We tried 4 others and ated them. He seems to be very comfy and dry after out walkReally cute!! Fits perfect.This arrived and I never used it. It is very cheap thin vinyl. It has a "hood" which makes no sense because if you were to pull it up over your dog's head, they wouldn't be able to see. LOL. Also, FYI, it does NOT have an opening for a harness hook. While it is cute, not really any kind of rain protection unless it was just lightly raining.
