I can't say if it's comfortable on account I'm not wearing it... He hates it but thats to be expected until he's use to it. The straps could be little more stronger and the face part could be a little more durable. Price was good ? for the product and I would order again.I have what I presume to be a corgi pit bull. Hes got a shorter, but wide snout. And hes learning his manners. Im happy I found a soft breathable muzzle for tricky situations like grooming or walks where he is sometimes reactive to other dogs. Its a real WIN WIN because it encourages folks to give us space instead of running up to my cutie, and if he does react he cannot bite. We are training away from this, but its great temp tool and I'm glad he will know HOW to use one without stress as he wont be nipping the groomer or vet.I imagine this would work well on normal dogs but my dog did not like it and was able to get it off in less than 30 minutes. The collar loop is way too small for a normal size collar for a dog of any size so I used a caribeaner clip to attach it to the collar. The strap that goes between the eyes slides to easily from side to side which is how my dog got out of it . I am going to keep it and make a work around to keep it on his head.I cannot speak for how it works on dogs who have noses, but this definitely does not fit a Boston terrier. When I tried to put it on her the only thing it covered were her eyes, and as humorous as that was for a brief moment, it certainly was not something she appreciated. Such a pity! I was really hoping I could find a muzzle for flat-nosed dogs that does not allow her to bite, but does allow her to pant without issue. Thankfully the return policy was very smooth and easy.I dont use nuzzles. However, I have a schnauzer who tends to show his teeth when you touch his paws. He has never bitten me, hes really a good fur baby but why take a chance. So I groom him myself and have a very nice woman who comes to my house to cut all 4 of my babies. I told her to use a muzzle and now she told me what she had. I bought this one because it was reasonably priced and it was red. My nail lady liked it so I gave it to her. Abd I bought another for myself and got a black one for her. Now we'll see how it holds upVery easy to get on and off. For my needs it's perfect. Highly recommend.My dog ate through this very easily, and she is only 13 weeks. I think this is best suited for older dogs, or dogs with a more lax nature. My girl is a Doberman Belgian Malinois mix and is very smart and hyper, all of which could have contributed to her ability to destroy this. Giving it 3 stars versus 1 because I received great customer service in the refunding process.Worked well for my 70 pound pit mix. He’s in dog training and my trainer suggested we get this to do a public outing with our dog. He was still able to pant, eat treats and drink water. I would highly suggest getting him used to the muzzle before you just strap it on their face one day. I “played” with it for about three weeks prior to putting it on him. I would feed him treats through and so he thought it was a treat dispenser. When it finally came time to wear it around for the day, he had no problems.So I dug this out today after we had a minor dog fight between two of our dogs and I was super disappointed. The stupid thing will NOT open. The clip that secures it in place was stuck and I was unable to open it. So I resorted to asking the man of the house to help me try to open it as I have loss of feeling in my fingers, and even the man couldn't open it. We resorted to getting a pair of pliers to open the stupid clip and voila! It opened.Hubby was convinced it just needed opened and closed a few times, but after the tenth time of having to use ploers to open it, I thew it in the trash. You get what you pay for, its garbage.It was good for a few laughs, we joked about who would hold the dog, while the other got the pliers to remove the muzzle and ao forth, but other than the giggles, unfortunately this item had absolutely no value. Save your money and buy a decent brand one is my advice.I ordered this muzzle in August 2019, a size 3 for a small labrador, and would have given it 4 stars. It was a good fit as there is adjustable head and cheek pieces and a short strap under the chin. I wanted a second one to keep in the car which was delivered this week. I'm very disappointed. The muzzle sent is different from the one advertised and in the pictures. There is no adjustment to the cheek pieces just a strap, the strap under the chin is much longer then the original muzzle and droops and could get caught up. The muzzle is bigger and longer in the snout with unattractive white stitching all over.I really wanted the one I had ordered in Aug 2019 but pointless ordering another from this company now as won't be the same.Tightened to the point we could barely push the clasp together - she pulled it off in 30 seconds even with it secured to her collar! Maybe it would work for a smaller dog but Nanuka is a Great Pyrenees with huge paws and claws, she's VERY strong and she just hooked her claws in put her face on the ground and stood on it, it pinged off her muzzle and sat on the side of her face. Useless and even if we managed to tighten it a tiny bit more, I couldn't ever trust it now.No apto para su propósito: solo duró 2 meses con poco uso ... Squishy rubber construction.Measured and bought a size up to be safe and it was still too small and pinches my dogs face. Unwearable. Thankfully it fits my smaller 40lb mix breed but was not the right size for my 80+lb boy.Satisfactory for the price
