Black buckles at back to tie shoulder straps are wrongly aligned to Chest Straps level . They should be positioned above as mentioned in Packaging photo . Unfortunate that Cloudtail is selling such defective product . I purchased twice and had to return it back since this defect defeats the purpose of support .
