Cat collars come with a bell attached to the collar with a split ring. The bell and split ring are removable. The buckle is a breakaway. The x-small dog collar comes with a D-ring for leash and tag use. Can I buy the XS Dog collar for my cat? We do not recommend purchasing our XS Dog collar for your cat, it's not safe. We have a separate listing for our breakaway cat collar. Are your Naruto Collars made with metal plates? No, we chose to use leather for pet safety. Leather is more flexible and lightweight. If we chose a lightweight metal, it would have sharp edges which could hurt the pet (imagine if it got stuck in their mouth or if it got folded into their skin).
