I contacted the seller and the issue is still not resolved. Product works greats.I have two small dogs who are inside most of the time. I use a pad in 2 areas. They will last up to 3 days before they are saturated. There is never any leakage underneath or any odor. They launder and dry without stains or wrinkles and are a little larger than puppy pad brand as well as less expensive. They come 2 to a package. The Shipping time was over 2 weeks though. After using a combination of 3 brands, I ordered 2 more packages. They came 3 to the package instead of the advertised 2 and they arrived in 3 days! My small dogs have grown up and these pads are more absorbable than any of the 2 other brands. Wash and dry easily and have not worn out.I am currently fostering five small kittens and I am using two of these for feeding mats as they are extremely messy with the wet food. They are easy to wipe clean or throw in the washer and hang to dry quickly. Trying to reduce disposable waste! I'm sure I can use them for other purposes later.
