Came well packaged - nothing damaged. Instructions say two people are required for assembly but I was easily able to do it alone. All the holes for the hardware actually lined up! The hardest part was securing the top - I had to crawl into the crate on my back but still fairly easy. It has rubber pads on each of the bottom four corners. It also came with four screw-in feet that are adjustable so you can level the crate as needed. My crate was perfectly level without them so I did not bother to use them. It is chew- proof. The sides are all metal - the top and bottom are wood with no exposed edges from inside the crate. The most a dog could do would be to scratch the floor. Very sturdy after assembly. Very happy with this purchase.Let be this, looks great and a really nice piece of furniture and my doggie loves it too!The original box came dented and a hinge on the main door/gate was damaged and sprung. The company adjusted for the damage. Thank you!Easy to assemble and sturdy. Make sure the inside latch is locked to avoid escapes.Chew proof - very sturdy. My husband & I put it together. It is pretty easy but easier when 2 people do it together.Update:The company contacted me and will issue a partial refund for the defects.The kennel is nice, sturdy and roomy.Assemble was easy, 2 people can put it together in 15-20min.The only problem is that it came with several minor defects like scratches and a bent lock out of the box.We didn't feel like returning it, but we are not happy with it the low quality. It is not a cheap kennel.Excellent quality. This is a must have! My dog loves it. I get tons of compliments from our house guests that see it.I was nervous this would be cheaply made but decided to find out. It is not. Well worth the money and good quality. Easy to assemble. The locks could be a little nice but overall I am very satisfied with this kennel.
