I really like the prong collar. It helps quite a bit to control my dog when walking her. The reason it didn't get a 5 star is it has no way clip to unhook. It goes over the head and I am afraid I might poke her eyes one day.This is the only collar that my rescued Mastiff would not pull against.Now we walk with the leash slacked and a easy pace. We have enjoyed several long walks now which loves. He weighs about 175 to 180 pounds. He can pull like a frieght train.With this collar just a soft clink of the links is all he needs to slow him down.I have used slip collars for years. This collar is the best for him so far.The collar was supposed to be a M size, it was only 6 inches long. Sent it back.We love it.. no problem so far, we looked everywhere for this...our 8month 102 lbs Rottweiler have so much energy and get so Excited that is hard for me to control sometimes, but not anymore... and he is in great health!!The martingale is too long to be able to size properly for small dogs. Even if you remove peong the chain part is simply too long. 2.5m Bad design.Great corrective collar, quick to correct and quick to release. even with the added link only fit my St Bernard to 10 monthIt falls apart every walk. I no longer use it.Perfect size and awesome price! I would definitely recommend this product.It’s like night and day difference. I am so thankful I purchased this collar. My dog knows I am in control and obeys much better. Highly recommend if your animal pulls on their leash.My get very excited when he sees other dogs. We had him in a general leader because of his pulling but having a toddler now walking with us he gets to much so we got the prong collar. I don’t live the idea of it to. Being with but I feel like it is a step backwards for the leader. His pulling is worse when he sees dogs but he’ll yelp when the prongs engage.Not what advertised..:doesn’t have martingale section of collar..:has two d ring that hook like harness…prong is supposed to relax and tighten (martingale) it would have constant tension ..this collar should never be usedNot easy...wold be better if there was a link to open for ease of putting on dog.The collar works great but the little black hide the prongs is a bit useless. It’s a good training collar for the price
